What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.

Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be charged THB 100 per hour and is subject to availability.
Can I arrive early or leave late?
Yes! You’re welcome to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Do you offer private and dorm rooms?
Yes, we offer both shared dorms and private rooms.
Are lockers available?
Yes. We provide large, secure lockers in the rooms — big enough to fit a backpack comfortably.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Absolutely! We’re happy to offer free luggage storage for our guests both before check-in and after check-out.
Are towels provided?
A towel is included in all room categories.
Is air conditioning available?
All rooms has air condition. The Dorm Rooms have additonal personal power plug & fan.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included in your booking.
Breakfast time: 08.00 am - 10.00 am.
Is there a shared kitchen?
No, there is no shared kitchen available.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks.
For hygiene reasons, food and beverages are not allowed in sleeping or capsule areas.
Animals and pets are not allowed in the hostel.
Are there smoking rules?
Yes. Smoking is only permitted on the rooftop. All indoor areas are non-smoking.
Is parking available, and how much does it cost?
Free scooter parking is available in front of the hostel

Yes! We regularly host social activities such as group dinners, games, Yoga and other events.
Do you offer tours?
Yes, we offer tours and day trips. Ask at reception for schedules and recommendations or look on our website.
Where is the hostel located? What’s nearby?
We’re located right in the heart of the Old Town, with all major tourist attractions within walking distance.
You’ll also find restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife just steps away.
How do I get to the hostel from the airport?
You can reach us easily by taxi, Grab, or local transport. Directions are available after booking and on our website.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. We require a 500 THB deposit for the key card and towel, which will be fully refunded at check-out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and major credit cards.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies depend on your booking type. Please check your confirmation email.
Is the hostel safe?
Yes, your safety is important to us. We have secure access and lockers.
Do you have quiet hours?
Please help us keep a comfortable atmosphere for everyone by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
We kindly ask you to set your phone to silent mode during the night.
Is the hostel suitable for solo travelers?
Absolutely! Our hostel is very popular with solo travelers.

Are visitors allowed?
Visitors are welcome in our restaurant and rooftop area, but not allowed in the rooms.

We are kids friendly. There are family rooms for booking available.
